In the years 1996-2006 I worked as a translator/interpreter (part-time/temporary basis) alongside my teaching at the university for:
- British Council (UK), SCOTVEC (Scotland), and Omsk Ministry of Education (1996-1998) as chief translator/interpreter for Vocational Qualification Training Project;
- Health Ministry of Norway and Omsk Ministry of Health Care (1998) as interpreter/translator at the conference Health Care and Legislation (held in Omsk);
- Insurance Company ASKO (Omsk) in 1999 as translator/interpreter for the company’s re-structuring scheme/project;
- British Council (UK) and Omsk State University (2003-2004) as material translator/editor (and participant) for RESPONSE Teacher Training/Development Project;
- Rusanton Ltd. (Omsk) in 2004-2005 as translator (partnership agreement and contracts) for Rusanton-Volvo joint project;
