When I made up my mind to study foreign languages, such as Japanese, English and Chinese, at University, I had already been a foreign cultures addicted.

Academic Background

• From July to September 2010, stage in Paris in one the most wellknown Italian school abroad: La Dante- comité de Paris. I'm specializing in teaching Italian; in drawing up school yearly teaching plans; in managing students and giving them the proper knowledge to pass the PLIDA exam

• In may 2010 I've attended  a Refresher course about teaching Italian to foreigners, managed by CET Florence.

• In late 2006, at University of Florence, I got a Second level Degree in foreign languages translation with the academic qualification of Dottore magistrale in teoria e pratica della traduzione letteraria. In the graduation thesis, literary aspects about Edogawa Ranpo’s complete works were studied. It involved several novels and short stories translations.
   
• In April 2004 I acquired a First level Degree (Bachelor Degree) in Intercultural and interlinguistic studies from the University of Florence. The final study wanted to remark linguistic differences between Japanese and Chinese idiom through translated novels.

Position Summary: translation into Italian of the Flashcard program (Java applet 90 k) to     review and drill the Japanese kanji (the 1945 jōyō / jouyou kanji). It consists of kanji sets used in JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) and Jōyō kanji study.
