Since September 2008 I am working freelance, after a career in the field of visual arts (ancient, modern and contemporary art, architecture, design, photography) with increasing responsibilities. Experience includes coordination, conceptualisation, project management and organization of international exhibitions, team management. Writing of project concepts, editorial coordination of exhibition catalogues, translations and proofreading.
Languages: Dutch and Flemish (native speaker), fluent in French, English and German. Passive knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese.
MA in Archaeology and Art History (Free University Brussels), BA in Arabic and Islamic studies-Arabic, Persian (Catholic University Leuven). High School Teacher Degree.
Since September 2008 I have been translating and writing for major museums, cultural organizations and art galleries, and did translations and proofreading for leading media service providers, serving motion picture, television and other media clients.
