Projects

    Here are some projects that I'm really proud of:

           Microsoft — during my localization career I've worked with all types of content: from newsletters and websites, to business presentations and software. I climbed my way in the localization procedures of this client up to the final stage of Quality Assurance where I acted as a reviewer of LSPs translations.

           Bebo — I've been a main translator and proofreader during Polish localization of this social network (which has been sold to AOL for over USD 800 million). It was a great adventure and challenge. My biggest achievement here was to create fresh and entertaining style with proper language in a quickly changing environment.

           XING — one of my end clients which I'm really happy with. I'm responsible for everything Polish in this major networking site. The main challenge here is the terminology which has to be consistent and set properly because of new features and updates added every week (a mistake in setting terminology may lead to conflicts with new items).

           FullTilt Poker — I've been a language leader for Polish, setting terminology that affected whole Polish poker terminology (this site was the first properly localized poker only site in Poland).
