I began my advertising career as a copywriter with Ogilvy & Mather Direct in 1985 when the agency first established a presence in Thailand, responsible primarily for the direct response advertising materials for American Express. In 1988, after three years with O&M, I moved to Lintas Thailand when that agency established its affiliate, Lintas IMC. There I was able to focus on integrated marketing communications. As an account director in the direct response department, I served such clients as Diner's Club and Citibank, in addition to the numerous consumer product clients who were in need of direct response advertising. After the birth of my second child in 1992, I began to work at home as a freelance copywriter and translator. In 1999, after studying web development and design at American Information Systems, I added website development to my areas of expertise and continue to provide clients with these three primary services.
My current projects involve freelance copywriting, translation (English > Thai / French > Thai) and editing for such clients as Reader’s Digest Thailand and local book publisher Nanmee. Former clients include some of the world's best known companies like HSBC (Thailand), Ogilvy & Mather (O&M One, O&M Interactive, O&M Public Relations) and Bangkok Public Relations, in addition to translation agencies around the world.
