I only knew that the beatles were the most exciting thing in the universe. It wasn't always an easy view to live with. First you had to fight the Stones fans, which was tricky because they fought dirty and had their knuckles nearer the ground. [...]Douglas Adams

Trados 6.5 compatibility with Word 2007

Hi, I apologise in advance if this is a redundant question, but I have tried searching the forum and found no answer to this. I have Trados 6.5 which is obviously outdated and not compatible with Word 2007 (I keep getting an error message that paragraph end is not found). I wanted to know which would be more compatible with my Word version, Trados 7 or 8? I know getting the latest version is optimal, but I just want to avoid any other incompatibility issues. Cheers

I know getting the latest version is optimal, but I just want to avoid any other incompatibility issues.

Using the latest version - SDL Trados Studio 2009 - will not yield any compatibility issues, which means that this would the the best choice.
