Dear,
I'am a professional freelance translator and proofreader/editor with a strong focus on details. My main areas of expertise are marketing, website/corporate content, journalism (e.g. press releases, reports, brochures), general business, advertising, general/corporate law (e.g. terms and conditions, company policies & procedures) and sports. With me you will receive excellent quality at fair rates. Besides proper research for each project I use CAT tools (Trados Studio 2009, Wordfast Professional or SDLX Lite) to make sure the terminology in the target language is always consistent, also for repeat assignments. Please find all further relevant details below.
- Eight years of freelance writing and editing experience: websites, sales letters, reports, interviews, columns, poetry etc.

After spending the first 36 years of my life in the Netherlands I only live in Finland since 2008 so I have a complete understanding of the cultural backgrounds of my home country.
*The translations from Finnish into Dutch are done in cooperation with a Finnish partner.
