Unless I am mistaken, the Reporting thread is for removal of jobs (but I am not sure if this can be removed). If this is supposed to be in the other thread, then an admin is welcome to move my post to the other thread.

AFAIAC, Sharon is right! The job poster is up front that payment will not be made. However, he is willing to make compensation in some other way.

Personally, I feel that barter is an honorable practice. It would be nice if people were willing to be less attached to keeping money floating about.
Of course, bartering should never be imposed as a condition for work, but be an agreement between equal partners.
I am not defending the job poster. In fact, I think he has a lot of nerve, but at least he is not singing the "we are a religious, non-profit (no taxes) organization" ...so we expect you to work for the love of whoever we say is standing in for God.
