I'am a professional freelance translator and proofreader/editor with a strong focus on details. Besides proper research for each project I use CAT tools (Trados Studio 2009, Wordfast Professional or SDLX Lite) to make sure the terminology in the target language is always consistent, also for repeat assignments. After spending the first 36 years of my life in the Netherlands I only live in Finland since 2008 so I have a complete understanding of the cultural backgrounds of my home country.
*The translations from Finnish into Dutch are done in cooperation with a Finnish partner.
