B.A. in English as a Second Language from the University of Tirana, Albania. Strong background in grammar and understanding of languages. Degree and training in ESL, TESOL and translation/interpretation techniques. Trained in Albania and United States.
Accuracy, precision and timeliness are of the highest priority for any project. Worked as an in-house translator and interpreter for the Albanian Development Council focusing on projects with the Albanian Government. Translated and interpreted for The Supreme Court of Albania, The Ministry of Justice, The Ministry of Health Care, The Ministry of the Interiors, The Police Academy, The European Council, The European Community and more.
Interpreted for the Immigration Court in Southern California, The Superior Court of California, the Los Angeles Unified School District, Social Security Services and attorneys' offices.
Successfully completed translation/interpretation projects with several humanitarian, non-profit organizations as well as many translation agencies.
